So, the SmartVue which was developed and built by Dycor Technologies is a Class One Div Two PID Controller that has an LCD screen which is good for a temperature rating of minus 40 to plus 70 degrees C.
Some of the other key features of the SmartVue are the ruggedness of the unit which was built for the oil patch, around drilling rigs, and really challenging environments. SmartVue also has a communication link with a CAN Bus J1939 which is an engine code reader for some of the bigger manufacturers of engines.
So, the SmartVue was designed for the, mostly for the fracking industry as a targeted area. It has multiple applications in different areas as well. It, with the right sensors attached to it, it will measure flow, temperature, pressure, and can be configured into almost any display that is desired. So, because the SmartVue was designed for the fracking industry, it can also be used in any other industrial application, mobile or stationary.
In particular, the J1939 capabilities make it applicable to be used in any industrial vehicle application. So, because the SmartVue has a Class One Div Two rating, it can be used in any process control to do with oil and gas.
