Return & Refund Policy

At Dycor Technologies Inc., we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at sa***@***or.com or call us at 1-800-663-9267 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.
